Cambrian Mountains

The Cambrian Mountains in Wales sit between the national parks of the Brecon Beacons to the south, and Snowdonia in the north of the Principality. This upland area includes the sources of two of the UK’s most important rivers: the Severn and the Wye, and despite containing fantastic scenery and open country, it is often overlooked by the throngs of tourists who instead opt to head to the nearby national parks.
