Dynamic Nature timelapse

Timelapse of the Day – December 7, 2012

A wonderful timelapse shot in beautiful Norway.  Well worth a few minutes of your time!

Morten Berg writes:

In this video, you will see scenes from the beautiful and varied nature in Southern Norway.

Famous mountains like Trollveggen (Troll wall), Gaustatoppen, Besseggen and the tallest frefalling unregulated waterfall in Norway -Vettisfossen (275m/902ft) are portrayed in this video. You will also see scenes from Geiranger, Nigardsbreen glacier, Nordmarka, a sailboat regatta (Færderseilasen) and northern lights display in the night sky. Perhaps the most interesting part of the movie is the Lunar Eclipse (02:48) which was visible in Southern Norway june 15th 2011. To witness the moon re-emerge from the earth´s shadow was magical. The moon phases (from new to full moon) which I captured in less than 1 hour would have taken 14 1/2 days under normal conditions.

It has been an adventure to make this film and many of the scenes I witnessed will stay in my memory forever.

Hope you like it-share if you like
